About us.

Brynich has been in the Jones family since 1966. It started life as the family farm, and 40 acres of land remain. Our customers are more than welcome to explore and make themselves at home. The farm and cottages are run by Mark Jones and his wife Becca, who live in the original farmhouse opposite the cottages and are on hand to help.

At Brynich

we care about…

The personal touch.

As a small family run business, we pride ourselves on our flexibility and ability to offer you what you want. The quality of our service is as important to us as it is to you.

Our impact on the natural environment.

We try to manage our business as sensitively as we can and are always looking for ways to improve. We are endeavouring to use our 40 acres of farmland to improve the habitat for our local wildlife. In 2021 we planted 10,000 broadleaf native trees to help the wildlife thrive.

Our carbon footprint.

From reducing & reusing our waste to choosing green suppliers wherever possible. At Brynich we try to generate at least 50% of our own electricity from solar power – proving that we do get plenty of sunshine in Wales. We try to use less electricity & gas year on year by improving lighting, insulation & switching to energy efficient appliances.

Playing by the rules.

We make a point of following the legislation that we are expected to. We make sure everything is clean & safe for our customers & staff. Basically, we run a tight ship.

Keeping it local.

We try where possible to use locally made items in our cottages. All our mattresses are made in Wales and are organic. Our carpets are made in Wales. All our art works have been produced by local artists such as Gareth Cousins & Jenny Coombs.

We fundamentally care about what we have here.

It’s a beautiful corner of the world & we want to share it with you.
